I'm a menace to society

Tonight -- just DAYS after I tore off my driver's side mirror backing out of the garage -- I scraped someone's car with my passenger's side mirror backing out of a parking garage. What the heck is wrong with me?? Clearly I shouldn't be allowed to drive anywhere, ever again.

I feel really bad that I didn't stop and leave a note on the other person's windshield. I was half-backed-out and there were a zillion cars coming down the ramp and I just freaked and went. I had just enough presence of mind to memorize the license plate and thought maybe I could call them, but turns out you can't look up someone from a license plate. ARGH!!
