LOL. I did kinda like the episode - I forget how recent it was because I watched a whole bunch this week to catch up - with the janitor whose life she had screwed up. She's become so smug with her connection to the machine that it was refreshing to see some of that emotion from her. (Not that the other characters are particularly emotional, but she and Shaw both have a long ways to go in terms of character development.)
