I tried the 'Ringer' pilot and it was downright painful. And this from someone who likes to give shows a chance. I just couldn't do it.
I tried 'Person of Interest' but I can't get into Jim Caviezel. He looks like he's sleepwalking through his lines. Don't hit me! Michael Emerson is five kinds of amazing. If you can ever get a hold of that old show, 'The Practice', find whatever season he was a guest star. He will leave your jaw on the floor. And that's all I can say without spoiling it utterly!
Also, WHY DIDN'T YOU WATCH 'LOST'?!
You need to at least watch the first season of 'Justified' - if only to see what you think of the portrayal of a religious character. It seems they backed off from that angle in S2, which I hated. But then, they didn't focus as much as I thought on him in S2. We'll see what S3 brings in that regard. Man alive, it could have been amazing. If only they'd let me write it!
'Hawaii Five-0' is great for the beautiful scenery - both Hawaii itself and the cast!
