Hope Thomas More comes off a bit better than in the book. Of course, when you're seeing things through Cromwell's (admittedly unreliable) eyes, that's difficult to do . . .

At first glance they look like something of an attempt to rehabilitate Cromwell's reputation (and of course some of that is at More's expense) -- but the further you get, the more corrupt you see him becoming. I think it's pretty fascinating the way she handles it.
