From
ever_maedhros: Leave me a comment o' randomness; your favorite quote, the best sandwich in the world, a good song lyric, what color pants you're wearing, and I'll respond with five questions you can answer in your own LJ leaving with them an open invitation for other people to give you comments o' randomness. Then you can ask them questions and before you know it we'll all know everything about everyone.
1. If you could pit two movie villains against each other, who would they be?
Professor Fate from The Great Race vs. Vizzini from The Princess Bride. Can't you just imagine it??
2. How often do you eat lasagna?
Hardly ever. Not what you'd expect to hear from an Italian-American, is it? :-) Truth is, it's not one of my favorite dishes. My mom's lasagna is really good, so I'll eat it when she makes it, but I don't much care for anyone else's. I guess you could say hers has spoiled me. And she doesn't make it often, because it's an awful lot of work!
3. Your favorite city?
Can I name two? Great, thanks! London and New York City. Though that answer may change if I ever make it to Venice.
4. If you were to dye your hair for just a week, what color would it be?
Um, same color it is now? :-) I hate dyeing my hair. HATE it. Even in college when everyone else was experimenting with neon red or whatever, I wouldn't touch mine. These days I only get highlights, or lowlights, to cover up the grey -- which started when I was 19, blast it -- and I hate doing even that much. Just a personal quirk. I have no issue with anyone else doing what they like with theirs. But the way I see it, I like the color I was born with -- brown -- so why would I change it?
5. If you got a coupon for one free luxury item, what item would that be?
Haha, it's not safe to ask me that question. At any given moment, I'm usually lusting after a dozen different luxury items! But right now, just to pick one, I'll say this. (For that kind of money, I'd need the coupon!) Although I don't talk about her as often, I love Sayers as much as I love Dickens.

Date: 2013-08-17 02:22 am (UTC)I'm pretty much the same way about my hair (just dyed it once temporarily).
Heee, I should've known your luxury item would be a classic edition of a book! Luxury, indeed!

Date: 2013-08-18 03:22 pm (UTC)I'm not much of a traveler but Venice is definitely a city I've always wanted to go to. And my great-grandmother and mom have rather spoiled me for most Italian food anywhere else too -- especially the classic tomato sauce, spaghetti, and meatballs.
