I'm fangirling AGAIN

litlover12Man, this is getting out of control.
When Sasha and Ashley didn't make the Olympics, I thought, well, that's it -- I have no one to get really excited about this year. Too bad. Of course I was going to watch all the events and root for the skaters I liked, and lose lots of sleep, and all the rest of it. But there would be no one to really get my pulse pounding. Not this time.
And then when it was Meryl Davis and Charlie White's turn to skate last night, I felt my hands go all sweaty and my nerves stand on end, and I knew -- I'm an uber again. In ICE DANCE, too! I never expected that! I love Belbin & Agosto -- they're the ones who got me watching ice dance in the first place -- but not like this. This is full-out, full-blown, no-holds-barred uberdom. And I had never even felt the symptoms coming on. I just thought I liked them!
Ah, well, I guess it wouldn't really be an Olympics without ubering someone. I'm just glad it's such a great and likable and talented team that stole my heart when I wasn't looking.
