litlover12It's funny, the rabbit trails you can wander down during an ordinary day. I was listening to Ravel's "La Valse" this afternoon, and that made me think I'd like to see Paul Wylie skate to that piece again, and that led me to his 1992 Olympic short program on YouTube.

Date: 2011-02-25 12:56 am (UTC)ETA: I think that the definition of a "manly sport" is severely lacking since this is such a technical sport that requires fine motor skills and not everyone can do it. I think those who believe that ice skating is for "wimps" are just scared and they can only perform minimal tasks like hitting and catching. :P
